Chad was fantastic throughout this experience. As a first time home buyer my wife and I had many questions regarding the process and Chad was always quick to respond and happy to answer. Even taking calls over holiday weekends and trips to help us during the contract phase of buying our home. I can't recommend Chad and his team enough!

My husband and I were referred to Jeff by our realtor on a Saturday afternoon. We had a quick meet and greet and then on Sunday, Jeff walked us through all the numbers we needed to feel comfortable to place a bid on our new home.
From there we worked with Jeff’s team who were timely, always available and very precise on what they needed and when.
Overall it was an amazing experience. This is my 5th home purchase and I can say this was the most friendly and professional team I have worked with.
