Nick and the Security First Financial team really made the home buying/loan process as enjoyable as possible. As a first time homebuyer I had a lot to learn and the team was always available to answer my loan questions and concerns. They never made me feel inadequate for any questions I did ask and Nick really went to bat for me so I would be cleared for closing on time. I would certainly work with them all again.

Things were tough when communication is only through email and going through multiple people. Hard to get information.
I have yet to receive a reply to an email I sent about being double charged for my Homeowner's Insurance:
"I noticed on the mortgage fees I had a $25/month add on for the homeowners insurance. Yesterday Lemonade charged me $300 for a year's of insurance, so I am wondering if I could get that charge removed and reimbursed for the two months I’ve prepaid."
