Never paid off my pay off payoff balance on old loan... Now I am going to have a late payment on my credit when it was flawless. Closed 5/18/2020 and still haven’t seen the payment I was owed and no information on my new loan. If this sounds like an experience you would like to have then I recommend this train wreck of a company! Fix it now I’m done waiting.
