Jerry was very kind and informative. As new home buyers it was a daunting task to go through the mortgage process but he was there every step of the way and seemed just as excited for us as we were. We couldn't have asked for anyone better.

Overall they did a great job. We did get a little frustrate at the end when documents we had submitted weeks earlier were deemed unacceptable by underwriting and we had 8 hours to fix it or the loan would not close on time
