The whole process was simple and free of stress, everything just seemed to fall in place, from the documents I had to sign and the paperwork I needed to provide. Security First was amazing to deal with. First, they listened to my story! To me this is huge as we are not just numbers on a spreadsheet. They quickly got us a pre-approval with their in-house underwriting team, and did a fantastic job keeping communication throughout the process of underwriting the loan. Nick the loan officer always answered my calls, and the A+ team was just stellar to work with! They even provided us a much more cost effective option for homeowners insurance that saved us over $1000/annual before we finalized closing costs. 😅🙌🏼
I always felt at ease working with them. My realtor even commented at closing that the fees were really good price!
