Nick was highly responsive and is clearly well-versed in the lending/homebuying industry. Answered any questions that I had and was available anytime I was concerned. Never showed frustration even though I asked the same questions multiple times to make sure I do what I was getting into. The entire process was easy, clear, and I was made to feel important and confident in the homebuying process I was going through.
