Having engaged in multiple real estate transactions from coast-to-coast over a period of more than thirty years, I have experience dealing with many many loan officers. For me, Lori Muller is a stand-out. She absolutely shines with customer service focus, skill, experience, and winning personality. She knows her business, effectively manages a talented team, and communicates both internally and externally with clarity and in a timely manner. Hard to imagine a more effective loan officer anywhere! Ownership, co-workers, and clients alike are fortunate to have her!

Joanna was very responsive and an excellent partner throughout the loan process. She explained the closing document and necessary documents needed to continue the loan process. In addition Joanna took time out of her busy schedule to meet us at the closing before the signing. I was really impressed with the extra mile Joanna took to be an excellent partner to my wife an I during this process. I've reached out to 3 other lenders during this process but none was a responsive and knowledgeable as Joanna. Kudos to the entire Carmel PRMI team!!

Zachary was professional, and knowledgeable on the process and effectively communicated with regular updates throughout. His calm demeanor was very helpful, especially in managing the appraisal process.

George went above and beyond to make sure that our loan came through on time and enable us to close on our desire date. We were having some issues making sure all of the conditions to an addendum to our contract were met. This was a real obstable to finalizing the loan process, but George and his team had everything ready to go and gave a lot a great advice, so when that addendum was satisfied the loan process was completed immediately! This allowed us to keep our settlement date and get into our new home when we had planned. I am confident that only George could have pulled that off. Friendly, professional, great communication, sound advice- and he gets the job done! Thanks George!
