We recently purchased our first home and used Primary Residential Mortgage as our lender. As first time home buyers, we were nervous and clueless on what to do. But working with Mike and his team helped ease that nervousness because they are professionals who knows what they’re doing! They were super patient, always informative and keeping us updated throughout the process. Shoutout to Andrew K. for being super responsive and communicating effectively! Mike was referred to us through a close friend a few years back. I've enjoyed working with him and his team so much for the refinance of our first home that I returned for the purchase of our second home. The 2nd engagement took almost 2 years, throughout which Mike and team had been extremely patient and highly responsive (even after the many rejected offers). With the real estate market heading to a very different (worst) direction than when we started, Mike constantly presented us with various loan options accompanied by tailored recommendations on what would be best for us financially. I was not even aware of many of these options. We breezed through the closing process well-prepared without any hiccups, and even beat the expected timeline by a few days. Many thanks to Mike and his team, we are now settling into our dream home. I can wait to work with Mike again in the near future when it's time to refinance.

Finding a place was a long almost year long process. Shelby was there every step of the way. I went through 3 realtors but Shelby was a constant. He was always on top of things, never had to wait to get anything, and made me feel confident buying my first home.

Adrian was incredibly attentive through a very complicated escrow and took us successfully to the end. He communicated with us consistently throughout the process and was very timely in his responses, enabling us to persevere through a number of unforeseen obstacles. His attitude is as positive as anyone I know and made the entire process so much better.
