I had always been told that being approved for and obtaining a mortgage was a difficult and frustrating process, so I was expecting some bumps when I went under contract. I was so pleasantly surprised at how seamless and easy Zack and his team made this experience! I was advised on exactly what I need to do and what to provide through every step to closing. This is my first home, and having Zack behind me to answer my many questions made me feel confident in submitting my offer. We closed on time and getting the keys was one of the happiest moments of my life. I highly recommend using Zack as your loan officer, especially if you are a first time home buyer and have as many questions as I did. He is patient and gives detailed answers to each question and every scenario. Thanks to Zack and his team I’m now happily renovating my home to make it my own—a lifelong dream!
